PRIVACY / DIGIOTION

Your information should have a clear reason to be here.

This notice explains the information used by DigiOtion's website, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Project enquiries

When you send a project brief, DigiOtion receives the information you choose to submit, such as your name, work email, company or brand if provided, website if provided, service interest, budget range and project message.

This information is used to review the enquiry, respond to you and manage the potential client relationship. Company and website fields are optional.

02

Optional analytics & cookies

If you allow analytics, the site can load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These tools help DigiOtion understand traffic, page usage, interactions, device/browser information and general website behaviour so the experience can be improved.

Analytics are optional. On this implementation, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are blocked until you choose Accept analytics. Choosing Reject non-essential does not stop the website or project brief from working.

03

Storage and service providers

Project enquiries are stored in DigiOtion's private WordPress lead workspace. The public website is hosted separately and communicates with that CMS for approved content and enquiry processing.

If analytics are allowed, Google and Microsoft process analytics information under their own service terms and privacy practices. DigiOtion also uses hosting and infrastructure providers needed to operate and secure the website.

DigiOtion keeps enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage business records, resolve issues or meet applicable legal obligations. Analytics retention is also affected by the settings of the analytics services used.

04

Your choices

You can accept or reject optional analytics cookies and similar technologies. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember it. You can change it at any time using the control below.

You may also contact DigiOtion to ask about personal information submitted through the project brief, or to request correction or deletion where applicable.
